Moonglo3 was conceptualized and developed in 2023 with a groundbreaking in 2024. In early 2025, the first section of the 52 lot subdivision expansion was transferred to ASB Homes, a regional homebuilder partner, for residential construction. This community growth project was one of the first initiatives put in place by the Mayor of Scottsburg and the City’s Redevelopment Commission to spur and encourage economic development and single-family residential growth. In it’s first year of active residential construction, the Community has become very active and has seen great growth.
