In partnership with the City of Austin Redevelopment Commission, the DC Develop Team in conjunction with the Knobstone Development Group worked to develop the final phase of the Meadowbrook Subdivision, inclusive of an additional 32 lots in Austin, Indiana. In 2020, the Redevelopment Commission saw a strong need to serve as the catalyst for residential growth in the City of Austin. Through this need, in partnership with our team, the City worked to develop a program for supporting attainable and affordable housing in their community. In 2024, our team broke ground and managed the land development and construction, ultimately completing the development of all 32 lots. Following the completion of land development, our team began the construction of the first two homes to serve as the catalyst for residential growth, which eventually led to the interest of a national homebuilder to acquire all remaining lots.
