Our Public-Private Partnership model is a hybrid of traditional financing/delivery methods that delivers public projects in an innovative and powerful way. It represents the “best of both worlds” by combining aggressive financing terms with risk transfer through a flexible delivery model. We can typically deliver financing approval within three weeks, and can fully fund the project within an additional three weeks of receiving approval from the public entity to move forward.
